Samford University Library Celebrates
National Library Week

April 18-24, 2004

Congratulations to our "Do You Know Your Library?" Winners!
Staff member Patricia Muse from the Law School and student Jody Martin are now the proud owners of Samford library-approved beverage containers. They demonstrated their library knowledge and received riches beyond the simple joy of knowing your library. Thanks to all who participated!

Books We Like
We asked folks across campus to tell us the three books, excluding the Bible, that they would recommend to another reader. You'll find a list of their responses here. If you would like to contribute titles, please send them to Lori Northrup.
   NO FINES!
That's right, folks, no fines for the week! Bring in your overdue books Monday through Friday, April 18-23, and your fines will disappear. This gift is only for students, faculty, and staff of Samford University; is only valid for fines on the books you return; and doesn't cover some media and audiovisual materials, and reserve materials.
