THE ARTIST

Sarah Suggs Greene Williams attended Howard College in the early 1940's. Later she went on to a Louisiana art school to pursue her career in art. There are several pictures she "created" reflecting her memories of Howard College and the area. The displayed picture is one of the "Sherman Oak" of Howard College.
