Samford University Library hosts an exhibition helping celebrate the school's
160th anniversary. The exhibit is comprised of black & white
photographs reprinted in the new pictorial history, 160 Years of Samford University.
Written and compiled by Sean A. Flynt, the 128-page trade paperback
tells the Samford story largely through
vintage photographs from the school's tthree campuses--in Marion, Eask Lake
and Homewood.
Approximately 200 rarely seen photos from the Special Collection department
of Samford's library are supplemented by informative, entertaining captions.
The images are showcased on the main entry level around the
grand staircase.
