Did you know that 60 million Americans suffer from heartburn at least once a month? The McWhorter School of Pharmacy's Academy of Student Pharmacists, an organization of the American Pharmacists Association, is sponsoring Heartburn Awareness Week on campus. We will be offering heartburn screenings on Thursday, November 16, from 10-10:50 in room 115 in the Library. Pharmacy students, a registered pharmacist and a faculty member from the school of pharmacy will be on hand to help answer any questions you may have. Feel free to drop by to ask questions, get screened, or pick up informative pamphlets. You don't have to suffer from this condition. Heartburn can be controlled!
