How to Schedule a Library Instruction Session

The Samford Community may request library instruction sessions. The sessions are taught by Librarians and may be tailored to meet specific needs (e.g., course or assignment related).  The sessions will include any of the following applicable areas: research strategies, evaluation criteria regarding research and/or the Internet, how-to: understand the libraries catalog, use online and/or print indexes, use online scholarly databases (Historical Abstracts, PsycINFO, or Sociological Abstracts, for instance).

To request a session, use the Online Request Form or contact the Librarian directly.
