Samford University Plagiarism Survey
Thank you for volunteering to participate in the academic misconduct/plagiarism survey.
The purpose of this survey is to obtain information regarding the attitudes
of Samford University students on academic misconduct and plagiarism. This survey
pertains only to the Samford University institution and its environment, and has been
approved by the university's Institutional Review Board (IRB). Participation in
the study is completely voluntary. By your participlation in this study, you
consent to participate.
No participant in this survey can be identified in any
manner. It is completely anonymous. Only after a student finishes the survey
and submits it, are they afforded the opportunity to sign-up for the gift certificate.
Participating in the survey and the gift certificate are two separate functions
and are not electronically related.
Please answer all questions honestly, and
if you have previously taken this survey, please do not take it again.
This survey is only for Samford students.
At the completion of the survey, you will have the opportunity to participate
for a $100 gift certificate at the Samford University Bookstore.
