Catalog Wrap-up

Now you know how to search the catalog! In the next module, Finding, we will discuss how you locate those materials you find in the catalog in the library building.

If you forget everything else, remember:
  • The catalog tells you everything Samford University Library owns.
  • Don't forget to write down the location and call number for any items which you wish to locate within the library building.
  • When you are searching the catalog you are seeing which periodicals the library owns, you are NOT seeing the articles within those periodicals.
